Refund Policy

Hudson Arts Collective aims to provide meaningful and high-quality creative experiences, and this Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, returns, and refund requests. Event and workshop refunds may be requested up to seven days before the scheduled date; requests made after this window may be eligible for credit toward future events at our discretion, while no-shows are considered non-refundable. Submission fees for creative entries, including film festival submissions, are non-refundable due to administrative processing and review costs.

Merchandise may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition, though return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
