Submit An Event To Add To Our Calendar

Event Submission Guidelines


To ensure a high-quality and community-focused experience for our audience, please review the guidelines below before submitting your event to Hudson Arts Collective.


What to Include


When submitting your event, please provide the following details:

  • Event Title

  • Sub-line or Tagline

  • Full Description (what guests can expect, who it’s for, format, etc.)

  • Date & Time

  • Location

  • Link to Tickets or RSVP (you may use your own payment system—simply provide the URL)

  • A Featured Image or Flyer (optional but encouraged)

 

Payment Handling


Hudson Arts Collective does not process payments for partner events.


Please include a direct link to your own payment method, ticketing page, or RSVP platform so guests can go straight to you.

Event Types We Accept
We welcome a wide range of creative, artistic, cultural, and community-centered events, including but not limited to:

  • Music, film, and performance events

  • Workshops, classes, and panels

  • Visual arts exhibitions and openings

  • Poetry nights, readings, and creative meetups

  • Burlesque or performance-based sensual art (non-explicit)

 

Event Types We Do Not Accept
To maintain community integrity and safety, we do not accept:

  • Sex parties or events centered around explicit sexual activity

  • Events that promote hate, discrimination, or unsafe environments

  • Any event lacking a clear creative, cultural, or community purpose

Hudson Arts Collective reserves the right to decline any submission that does not align with our mission or community guidelines.

 

How to Submit
You can share your event with us through any of the following:

  • Email for Bulk Events: info@hudsonartscollective.com

  • Shared Calendar Submission: If you prefer submitting through an integrated calendar, please ensure all event details are included.

Right to Refuse Events

Hudson Arts Collective reserves the right to refuse any event submission for any reason we deem necessary, without obligation to provide further explanation. This includes—but is not limited to—events that promote hate, unlawful activity, discrimination, explicit sexual content, harmful behavior, or any conduct that may negatively impact our community or brand values.

By continuing to submit an event, the organizer acknowledges and accepts these terms and understands that Hudson Arts Collective maintains full discretion over what is published on our platform.

If an event is not approved, the organizer will be notified by our team.
